Anne McArthur-Lloyd

Anne McArthur-Lloyd is GaneshAID’s affiliated expert based in France. She is a public health professional with over 20 years of expertise managing and implementing international health programs. She has long-time experience in immunization and health systems, training and supervision, project implementation (with workplan and budget management), training material development, technical writing and editing, and proposal development.

She has experience working for development partners and non-governmental organizations including WHO and PATH. Anne engaged her work in many developing countries including: Botswana, Côte d’Ivoire, Cambodia, Eritrea, Ghana, Indonesia, Madagascar, Nigeria, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia.

In early 2019, McArthur took part in the Gavi-sponsored Internal Review of the Strategic Training Executive Programme (STEP) as an investigator. She is currently working as a subject matter expert (SME) – Immunization under a GaneshAID’s project to develop training modalities and related training materials for Managers, Supervisors and Senior technical staff of Expanded Programme on Immunization in East Mediterranean Region.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Distance Learning program.
