Ngoc-Anh is passionate about contributing to communities’ well-being and has joined GaneshAID to play her part in developing innovative training solutions for increasing communities’ access to the ultimate health services.
She is in charge of instructional design training packages for face-to-face training courses, distance learning, and blended training programs. She participates in projects from the training need assessment to curriculum and storyboards, up towards the finalization of the training materials. She identifies together with the content experts what is to be learned and from there, defines learning objectives and techniques, and converts technical content into digestible bite-size pieces of learning with the final goal of delivering multimedia and highly interactive training materials and assessments. Ngoc-Anh contributes in developing digital solutions for learning as well as competency-based tabletop games with collaborative and competitive scenarios, and multiple injects.
She has participated in the development of several e-learning packages in the areas of immunization, health supply chain and logistics, cold chain management, and human resources for health.
Ngoc-Anh has developed an expertise in ID softwares such as the suite of Articulate 360 with Rise and Storyline.
From 2018 to 2020, she has developed her expertise through public health related projects such as research projects in education, and ethnic minority and poverty reduction: Improving Diets in Schools Vietnam: Testing Innovative Methods of Influencing Demand; Central Highlands Poverty Reduction Project Impact Evaluation – Endline Survey.
Ngoc-Anh holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations from the Academy of Journalism and Communication, and a certificate on Development and Management of a Moodle-based Learning Platform.
