STEP 2.0 — Strategic Training Executive Programme
Three-phase structure: online self-learning preparation, in-person workshop, and Transformation Challenge. Each participant identified a significant supply chain challenge in their work and applied leadership competencies to resolve it. Focus areas: vaccine supply chain management, data accuracy, and staff capacity at national, provincial and health centre levels.
