Responsibility
Knowing GaneshAID has been working on multiple health and development projects with diverse partners to improve the lives of people around the world, as a public health worker, Minh cannot help but feel touched and eager to be involved in this process.
Currently, Minh is responsible for identifying new potential request for proposal and leads to market the company’s goods and services. He also works directly with numerous internal and external parties to identify and explore business partnerships. In his position, Minh is familiar with the organisational dynamics of GaneshAID and keeps a close eye on the business growth process. Minh assists GaneshAID in establishing and keeping productive, durable relationships with both present and potential partners thanks to his strong communication abilities. Along with fostering long-lasting relationships, he takes part in the tender response procedure to check the quality of the bids.
Past experience
Minh’s had 3 years volunteering in the LGBTQ movement, in which he has accumulated a lot of experience in proposal writing, project management, and networking. He has also worked with local and international NGOs to empower and promote the health of vulnerable communities, such as the LGBTQ community, people living with HIV, sex workers, women working in industrial areas.
Education
Minh holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Health at Hanoi University of Public Health. He also received a training course on Human Rights and Asia from the Seoul National University.
