Van is an enthusiastic instructional designer with 2+ years of experience. She has been participating in complex capacity building and learning projects in Africa. Indeed, she is designing innovative learning packages in the context of resource limitation, outbreaks, and pandemics (covid-19). She provides new ideas and approaches for individual learning because more than ever it is crucial to provide countries with innovative approaches to build the capacity of the health workforce continuously and rapidly at all levels of the health system.
In her assignments, Van designs, develops and maintains training courses using multiple delivery methods, including self-paced training and performance support such as guides and job aids. She independently develops both soft skills and operational course content based on competencies and adult instructional design techniques.
Van has developed an expertise in coordinating client reviews and final production reviews, as well as in testing multimedia content and training materials within mobile applications. She provides technical assistance in testing innovative training multimedia solutions.
Khanh Van has been involved in developing multiple e-learning packages, both in French and English, using Articulate 360, Articulate3.
Before working at GaneshAID, Khanh Van participated in different non-profit and non-governmental organizations, including Volunteers for Peace Vietnam (VPV), ChildFund Vietnam and Service Civil International (SCI).
Van holds a Bachelor degree in French from the University of Hanoi, and received a master degree in French As a Foreign Language and French literature in 2020, from Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) with Wallonie – Bruxelles International Scholarship.
