Thuy Trang joined GaneshAID out of her interest in providing innovative learning solutions to reinforce the public health system and health workforce capacities to prevent diseases from spreading in communities.

Currently, Thuy Trang is an Instructional Designer with expertise in multimedia instructional design, and has experience in designing and developing technical training in the Public Health sector. She works with Senior Instructional Designer and/or client to conduct the client’s needs analysis and develops overall course/curriculum goals, requirements and specific course objectives. She is capable of quickly acquiring and applying intermediate knowledge of the project content and processes to create training materials that correspond to the identified needs. In recent years, she gained expertise in developing linear and branched scenario learning curriculum, as well as serious games for mobile learning. Likewise, Thuy Trang designs and develops text, graphics, animations, simulations, and assessment instruments for mLearning courses and integrate these into final course deliverables.

Thuy Trang is passionate in developing highly interactive learning materials and therefore works very closely with the Design team to create outstanding learning illustrations and design, online tutorials, and other materials. 

She has developed an expertise in Instructional Design softwares such as the suite of Articulate 360 with Rise and Storyline.

Before becoming a Training officer, Trang has worked in Capacity Building and Learning department at GaneshAID for six months. She also served as an Academic Training Developer in an e-learning company Pan Adventures where she was in charge of doing market research on educational products as well as developing contents for online classes and soft-skill training programmes.

Trang is expected to earn her Master in Behavioural and Applied Economics from the University of Trento, Italy. She holds a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics from British University Vietnam.
