Thu Nga is a consultant with senior expertise in multimedia instructional design, and has experience working in both developed and developing countries. At GaneshAID, she provides technical assistance and guidance related to digital learning solutions. She collaborates with the team of instructional designers and IT experts to analyse clients’ requests and needs, to develop specification documents, to design the instructional components of learning content, to train the trainers, and to monitor performance indicators of online learning programs.
For eight years, Thu Nga has been providing technical assistance in digital learning solutions in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Specifically in Europe, she designed and developed a distance learning program on a national scale with the CNAM – Centre National des Arts et Métiers (France). In the academic field, she also collaborated with the University of Nanterre (France) to support the adaptation of face-to-face training courses to online courses, including the instructional design for digital learning courses, the integration of interactivity and media components, and the establishment of an LMS platform. In addition, Thu Nga has extensive experience in the NGO sector and has designed and developed e-Learning modules in the field of immunization and vaccines in West Africa, as well as in human resources for health in Benin, Cote d’Ivoire, and Togo. Thu Nga has also worked with UN agencies such as UNESCO to oversee the complete e-Learning program on climate change, disaster risk reduction, biodiversity conservation, and education for sustainable development.
Since 2016, Thu Nga has lent her French academic expertise to the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (Vietnam) by providing pedagogical and technical support to teachers.
Thu Nga holds a Master’s degree from France in Language Teaching and Multimedia Instructional Design, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences of Language.
