Impressed by GaneshAID’s motto to “save more lives”, Thanh initially joined GaneshAID in 2018 as part of the Project Management team.
As GaneshAID’s Project Operations Manager, Thanh participates in management of the progress and quality of projects under the leadership of Managing Director. She manages the budget of assigned projects, ensuring the deliverables of such projects within the specific timeline and with high quality. During her time at GaneshAID, she has managed a number of projects sponsored by iNGO and development partners such as Gavi, UNICEF, and WHO.
In addition to her project management work, Thanh is also heavily involved in business development and communications activities. She supports in developing, implementing, and monitoring GaneshAID’s business and marketing plans and contributes to developing productive partnerships with existing and potential partners to collaborate on delivering project work.
Prior to this role, Thanh worked at an international standards certification body, where she was a business development executive and responsible for the sales of certification services to clients in the food and beverage industry. During this time, she also participated in multiple quality management system audits (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949) in various companies and factories in the north of Vietnam.
Thanh holds a Bachelor degree in Business English at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam.
