Phuong-Anh Nguyen is an Instructional Designer and has various experiences in designing and developing technical training in the areas of disease prevention and health promotion, outbreaks, and pandemics (COVID-19), health supply chain and logistics, and human resources for health. At GaneshAID, she works with subject matter experts to identify what is to learn, develops competency-based objectives and align content, activities and assessments to those objectives. She writes and revises content to shape it for learning needs in linear and branched scenarios curriculum.
She works on a variety of training modalities: face-to-face, distance learning, and blended training programs.
Phuong-Anh is passionate in developing visual and interactive media to support learning: visuals aids, infographics, interactive exercises, animation and job aids. She has developed an expertise in testing multimedia content and training materials within mobile applications. Furthermore, she is fluent in English and French and proficient in Articulate 360, Canva and MS PowerPoint.
Prior to joining GaneshAID, Phuong Anh worked in the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of foreign affairs of Vietnam in 2016.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Phuong Anh joined GaneshAID team in November 2020 after receiving her Master’s degree in International Law and International Organizations in 2019, from University Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne.
