Acknowledging the importance of giving back, Joy started working in GaneshAID to fulfill her mission to strengthen the health and well-being of people from fragile communities.

Currently, Joy Nguyen is a Business Development and Partnership Executive at GaneshAID Non-profit Public Health Consulting Company. She is also a member of the Management Board and Strategic Planning Advisor. Joy is in charge of finding new targets and leads to promote the products and services of the company as well as working closely with various internal & external parties to identify and pursue joint opportunities. 

In her role, Joy understands the dynamics of GaneshAID’s organizational charts and monitors the process of business development closely.  With her excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Joy helps GaneshAID create and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential partners. Apart from cultivating long-term partnerships, she also participates in the tender response process to ensure the bid quality.

Before GaneshAID, Joy worked in Kenan Foundation Asia in the STEM Education department, where she was responsible for collaborating with Educational Specialists to develop lesson plans, and inviting teachers from specialized schools to attend Training and Trainers. During her university time in America, Joy served as Study Leader in a student-initiated organization Soka Education Student Research Project and organized the annual Soka Education Conference in 2020. Joy Nguyen also used to work in French Department and was in charge of designing extracurricular activities and collaboration with the Study Abroad Office.

Joy received her bachelor’s degree on International Studies from Soka University of America.
