Tommy Leab – Innovation Product Manager

Responsibility

As Innovation Product Manager, Tommy Leab leads the development and launch of innovative digital products and services that align with GaneshAID’s strategic goals and market needs. He oversees the full product lifecycle—from ideation and market analysis to testing, iteration, and scaling—ensuring solutions are user-centered and data-driven. His role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, design, and engineering, while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Tommy also manages partnerships with external stakeholders, including ministries, UN agencies, and private sector actors, to strengthen product capabilities and impact. Additionally, he tracks performance metrics, manages communications and marketing strategies, and ensures innovation initiatives contribute to GaneshAID’s mission of advancing health equity and modernization.

Past experience

Tommy has over a decade of diverse international experience spanning Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America. His career reflects a strong focus on digital transformation, innovation strategy, and operational redesign across both public and private sectors. He has led multi-country initiatives promoting equity and system innovation, guided agile product development in health-related digital platforms, and supported organizations in optimizing performance and sustainability. Earlier in his career, he gained hands-on leadership and project management experience in the UK, including roles in operations, sales coordination, and logistics within the Royal Navy and private industry.
