DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
- Job Title: Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) Coordinator
- Immediate Supervisor: Regional Director/Senior Health and Immunization System Strengthening Specialist
- Location: Remote with possible travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and identify RFPs for EVM Approach Scale-up in various countries.
- Support the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals in response to relevant RFPs, ensuring the proposals align with UNICEF’s requirements and standards.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams involved in the EVM Approach Scale-up internally and externally.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Proactively interact with MOHs and UNICEF ROs and COs to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Represent GaneshAID in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to EVM.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in EVM Approach at the national or sub-national level.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in project management, preferably in the immunization supply chain (iSC), cold chain logistics, and vaccine management.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing proposals for international organizations
- Familiarity with WHO/UNICEF EVM tools, methodologies, and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with government officials, health agencies, and international organizations.
- Fluency in English (fluency in French is an asset).
