- Job Title: Effective Vaccine Management Assessor in Myanmar
- Immediate Supervisor: Regional Director/Senior Health and Immunization System Strengthening Specialist
- Location: Myanmar
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site assessments at local immunization supply chain facilities, including warehouses and vaccination sites.

- Utilize the EVM Assessor mobile app to collect data on various aspects of vaccine management.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected during assessments, following standardized procedures and protocols for data collection and reporting.
- Evaluate the adherence of facilities to the EVM standards and guidelines, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports that detail findings, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Document best practices, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing vaccine management practices at the assessed facilities.
- Ensure all data and reports are accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
- Engage with facility staff to gather information, understand their practices, and identify challenges.
- Provide feedback and guidance to facility staff on improving vaccine management practices based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with the EVM Coordinator and other team members to ensure a thorough and coordinated assessment process.
- Assist in training facility staff on EVM standards and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Public health, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in the immunization supply chain (iSC), cold chain logistics, and vaccine management.
- Proven experience in EVM assessments at the national or sub-national level.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data collection and interpretation.
- Familiarity with WHO/UNICEF EVM tools, methodologies, and digital platforms (EVM App).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with government officials, health agencies, and international organizations.
- Fluency in French and/or English (depending on the project location).
