Responsibilities
Mai is passionate about using her accounting skills to support impactful causes. GaneshAID’s dedication to the immunisation equity aligns with her values, and she believes her experience in accounting would be a valuable asset to our team. Mai assists with day-to-day accounting tasks like data entry, account reconciliation, and preparing financial reports. She ensures the accuracy of financial records and helps the Chief Accountant with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Additionally, she is in charge of insurance-, trade union-related activities and cashier tasks.
In the long term, Mai hopes to gain more knowledge and experience to handle work effectively and take the CPA exam.
Past Experience
In her previous role, she had about 1,5 years of experience as an Accountant for a Korean auditing firm, and an importing company. She gained hands-on experience in VAT declaration, corporate income tax declaration, and office equipment management.
Education
Mai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Accounting from the Finance Academy.
