GaneshAID is seeking qualified EVM (Effective Vaccine Management) experts to support our upcoming project in Cambodia. Join us in strengthening immunization systems through impactful and sustainable solutions.

1.Team Leader / EVMA Technical Lead

Duty Station: Remote with up to 10 working days in-country (Cambodia) 

    • Provide overall technical and strategic leadership for the EVMA 2.0 process in Cambodia. 
    • Ensure alignment of activities with WHO standards, UNICEF requirements, and MOH priorities. 
    • Oversee the inception phase, stakeholder engagement, and planning documents. 
    • Supervise and provide technical input during the assessor training and field data collection. 
    • Lead the analysis of EVMA results and facilitate development of the continuous improvement plan (cIP). 
    • Draft and validate the final narrative report and costed cIP for submission to UNICEF and the Immunization Working Group. 
    • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all deliverables across the consultancy period. 

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master’s degree (or higher) in Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Logistics, or related field. 
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in immunization supply chain management, vaccine logistics, or public health systems strengthening. 
    • Demonstrated experience leading EVM assessments, preferably including WHO EVM 2.0. 
    • Proven record of leading multi-stakeholder technical assistance, especially with UNICEF, WHO, or Gavi-supported programs. 
    • Excellent analytical and writing skills, including experience drafting strategic or technical reports. 
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Khmer is an asset. 

      2. Training and Assessment Coordinator

      Duty Station: In-country, Cambodia (up to 15 working days), with remote preparation and follow-up 

      • Organize and deliver the EVM assessor training in close coordination with MOH and UNICEF. 
      • Develop training materials adapted to the Cambodian context and language. 
      • Finalize sampling plans and fieldwork logistics for national and sub-national vaccine stores. 
      • Provide technical supervision and support to assessor teams during the data collection phase. 
      • Monitor field data quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to daily team debriefings. 
      • Support analysis and workshop preparation for validation of EVMA findings and cIP. 

        REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

        • University degree in Public Health, Health Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 
        • At least 5 years of experience in immunization program implementation or logistics operations. 
        • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or training sessions, especially EVM or cold chain related. 
        • Strong knowledge of WHO EVM 2.0 methodology and data collection tools. 
        • Field experience in LMIC settings, preferably in Asia or Southeast Asia. 
        • Fluent in English; proficiency in Khmer is highly desirable. 

        3. Project Manager/ Analyst

        Duty Station: Remote with optional in-country mission (up to 5 days) 

        • Coordinate overall workplan implementation and task tracking across the six work packages. 
        • Support logistics for in-country missions, workshops, and training events. 
        • Maintain a collaborative digital workspace and document management system. 
        • Assist in data cleaning, synthesis, and preparation of visuals or tables for the final report. 
        • Ensure document formatting, version control, and submission preparation. 
        • Draft workshop summaries, meeting minutes, and internal communications. 

        REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Project Management, or related field. 
        • At least 3–5 years of experience in managing development or technical assistance projects. 
        • Strong organizational and coordination skills, including familiarity with Gantt charts, trackers, and document workflows. 
        • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and basic data visualization. 
        • Excellent written and spoken English; Khmer language is a plus.
