Empowering Change Agents: STEP 2.0 Kicks Off in Pakistan for Health Supply Chain Excellence

GaneshAID, in partnership with the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (Pakistan MoH), Gavi, and People that Deliver (PtD), is proud to announce the launch of STEP 2.0 workshop in Pakistan.

The Strategic Training Executive Programme (STEP 2.0) is a leadership development initiative that equips health supply chain professionals in low- and middle-income countries with the skills needed to lead change and improve system resilience.

The training marks a major milestone: a five-day, in-person leadership and change management workshop that brings together 20 immunization professionals from across Pakistan. Designed as an experiential learning environment, the training will be conducted in Islamabad and delivered through facilitation and interactive exercises.

Each participant has been selected based on their leadership potential and commitment to improving supply chain performance. During this phase, they will work closely with facilitators and private sector coaches to refine their individual Transformation Challenge — a real-world project aimed at solving a pressing health supply chain issue within their area of responsibility.

The workshop builds on several weeks of self-paced online learning and prepares the cohort for the next phase: implementation of their transformation projects over a 17-week action learning period.

At GaneshAID, we believe that leadership is key to unlocking sustainable health system improvements. Through STEP 2.0, we are investing in people, building capacity, and catalysing change that lasts — in close collaboration with national leadership and key partners.
