RESPONSIBLITY

  • Co-facilitate the 5-day Vaccine and Cold Chain Management international course for Mid-Level Managers hosted by UNICEF/WHO 
  • Support the development of a national vaccine and cold chain handler’s manual with a facilitator guide for Libya, adapting from global SOP and other countries’ national modules in English and Arabic. 
  • Support the facilitation of a cIP consultation workshop with MOH, WHO, UNICEF, and partners, for the development of a multi-year budgeted cIP document endorsed by the Libyan government.  

Competencies and experiences:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the health and immunization sector.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing immunization programs in developing country settings.
  • Solid technical knowledge of immunization systems and supply chains, with hands-on experience facilitating Mid-Level Manager (MLM) training.
  • Proven track record in producing high-quality reports and evaluations for donors, government stakeholders, and Ministries of Health.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality outputs within tight deadlines.
  • Based in or near the Libya time zone (GMT+2), enabling effective coordination and collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required; native Arabic speakers are preferred.
