Responsibility
Under the guidance and supervision of the POM, Perside provides technical assistance to ensure that the goals and objectives of GaneshAID’s projects, especially French-speaking ones, are achieved.
He works collaboratively with team members of various Business Units (Smart, Intelligence, Academy, and Equity), actively participates in discussions, decision-making process, and all project activities as well as assist with planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects. As a core role, the Public Health Project Officer will support the POM in ensuring all project deliverables are delivered on time and with high quality while maintaining smooth collaborations in the internal teams and with external partners.
Past experience
Perside’s had various experience in developing and implementating strategies for public health projects, support and monitor program activities, initiate research targets, achieve research objectives with the allocated budget and ensure commitment from local authorities and targets for the sustainability of achievements. He had also done basic research and analysis to contribute to the results of public health projects.
Education
Perside holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied English Linguistics in the University of Abomey Calavi. Besides that, he also received a Master Degree in Public Health, Health Policies and Systems at the Regional Institute of Public Health (IRSP).
