Mission

The Knowledge Management & Public Health Lead is responsible for designing and driving GaneshAID’s knowledge management strategy while coordinating the development of technical research and publications in public health. This dual role bridges the organization’s internal knowledge structure and its external scientific visibility through high-quality publications and capitalization efforts. 

Responsibilities

1.Knowledge Management (KM)

      • Deploy and administer the KM Hub platform (SharePoint + Teams). 
      • Organize and maintain functional libraries and collaborative spaces. 
      • Develop and implement SOPs, templates, and knowledge of workflows. 
      • Train and support staff in using KM tools and workflows. 
      • Ensure content quality, traceability, and accessibility. 
      • Animate and coordinate the network of KM focal points across the organization.

      2. Public Health Research and Technical Publication

      • Contribute to the process of proposal writing, and research methodology to ensure the quality of research products
      • Coordinate the drafting of scientific articles, policy briefs, case studies, and technical reports. 
      • Support project teams in documenting and publishing evidence, innovations, and field learnings. 
      • Ensure adherence to scientific publication standards and ethical publishing practices. 
      • Identify relevant publication outlets (indexed journals, global health platforms, conferences). 
      • Draft and edit manuscripts in English (and optionally French). 
      • Develop and manage a publications calendar aligned with strategic priorities

      3. Strategic Support and Capitalization

      • Ensure that the field of knowledge and results are integrated into internal tools and external publications. 
      • Facilitate the documentation of organizational and technical innovations. 
      • Collaborate closely with projects, research, advocacy, and communication teams. 

      Qualifications, competencies, and experience

      • Advanced degree in Public Health, Research, Epidemiology, Knowledge Management, or any related field.
      • Proven 5+ years in knowledge management or public health research within the global health or development sectors.
      • Mastery of publication standards, Open Access, and editorial workflows.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Power BI, etc.).
      • Fluency in English is required.
      • French Proficiency is a strong asset.

      What we offer

      • Probation with 100% of salary;
      • One-year contract with potential extension based on the working performance;
      • Performance review once per year;
      • Working time: 8:30 – 18:00, Monday – Friday (with flexibility);
      • Days Off: Saturday – Sunday; holidays, Tet in accordance with Vietnam Labour Law and Christmas day;
