With over 10 years’ experience in IT administration, aiming to contribute his thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware to an organization supporting a good cause, Chi joined GaneshAID in 2020 as an IT technician.

A key component of Chi’s responsibilities is monitoring and maintaining GaneshAID’s IT infrastructure so that the system runs smoothly. In his position, Chi provides technical support across the company. He installs, configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues that company staff encounter. With his excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills, Chi performs trouble shooting to diagnose and resolve problems that GaneshAID’s innovative solutions face. He also provides guidance to staff on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Prior to joining GaneshAID, Chi had an extensive career as a Information Technology Lecturer at a variety of institutes: Hanoi College of Information Technology, Hanoi Technology and Environment College, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, International Francophone Institute. From 2017 till present, Chi was also a researcher and head of the New and Emerging Technologies Laboratory at the International Francophone Institute.

Chi holds a Master’s degree in Information System at the Institute of Military Technology – Civil System. He also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management at Hanoi Open University.
