GaneshAID is a non-profit consultancy firm that serves the public health sector and specializes in preventing and controlling communicable and non-communicable diseases in Asia and Africa. We combine creativity and expertise to design transformative solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs.

GaneshAID is an international company that has been operating out of Hanoi, Vietnam since 2013.

The graphic designer and illustrator has function to use his/her creativity for creating graphic designs, illustrations, infographics, slides, and photos that illustrate and convey information, ideas, and content of projects.


  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for the company
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
  • Designing icons, characters, illustrations, layouts and infographics and other Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on immunization and supply chains products such as syringe, vaccines, fridge, cold boxes, etc, and typical designs for digital solutions for public health including mobile apps interface, LMS and other specific images as per request.
  • Strong ability to do independent research to find appropriate illustrations.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative content quickly
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Required qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to work under pressure and timeline constraint
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Being creative, proactive, enthusiast, and collaborative
  • Good English communication

Conditions of employment

  • Part time job: 2 – 3 days/week at the office
  • Working time will be discussed during the interview
  • Computer provided with and software to facilitate the job
  • The position salary is competitive and will be negotiated during the interview
  • One-month probation with 100% of salary
